Somewhere between all the planning, I bet there's a quiet hope that the photos will actually feel like you, not like a performance for the camera. That's exactly what I work toward.

My approach is editorial and documentary at the same time. I'll guide you when it helps, then step back and let the day unfold. I'm not looking for perfect poses. I'm looking for beauty in the imperfect moments, the laughter that comes out a little too loud, the tears nobody planned for.

You won't spend hours in front of the camera. I set the frame, read the light, and then let you live the moment instead of performing it. That's usually when the best photos happen, a glance nobody choreographed, the second right before something happens.
